Anita Altemeyer, MPT
Anita is an Owensville native where she currently lives with her husband, Kris and two sons, Max and Leo. She attended and graduated from Maryville University with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2007. Anita has experience in a variety of settings throughout her career however her passion truly lies in treating orthopedics, analyzing functional movements, treating geriatrics, and manual therapy. In her spare time she enjoys working out, as she is also a Level 1 CrossFit coach. She also enjoys spending time outdoors either running or cycling or recharging with quiet time on Table Rock Lake with her family. Anita’s favorite aspect of working as a Physical Therapist is sharing the smiles and the look of pride when someone is able to achieve their goals. Watching people achieve their goals becomes addictive and ignites her drive to learn more to help others achieve more.
Catherine Cordz, PTA
Catherine has lived in Missouri most of her life, but is originally from Long Island, NY, where her father was stationed with the Coast Guard. She graduated in 2020 from Jefferson College and worked in skilled nursing before transitioning to outpatient. Catherine's large family, including 7 siblings and 17 nephews and nieces, all live locally and she enjoys spending time with them. She has always loved animals and the outdoors. She first became interested in physical therapy after a shoulder injury involving a cow and she saw how much physical therapy helped her recover from her injury. She operated a small dairy goat business for 10 years, but horses are her true love. She worked on a ranch in CO for two summers, training horses and taking clients on adventures in the mountains. Currently, she enjoys training and riding her young horse, Sparrow, being part of her church, house projects, cooking, puzzles, and gardening.

Ethan Joers, PTA
Ethan grew up in Gerald, MO and attended Owensville High School. After high school, he went on to graduate from State Technical College in 2011 with his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He currently lives in Gerald with his wife, Shyanne, and two children Maverick and Macklin. Ethan has worked in multiple therapy settings and as the executive director for a long-term care nursing home throughout his professional career. Having received physical therapy for a sports-related injury, it inspired him to pursue a career in the field and desire to provide the same support to others facing similar challenges. Ethan has a passion for orthopedic care, as well as serving the geriatric population to enhance mobility and improving quality of life. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the Cardinals, and working on his family’s farm.
Michelle Lawrence, DPT
Michelle grew up in Owensville and graduated from Maryville University in Chesterfield, MO with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2015. During her schooling, she did some studying in Australia and London and this carried on following graduation doing traveling physical therapy having traveled to Alaska, North Dakota, Texas, and Missouri. She enjoys spending time outdoors either hiking, 4 wheeling, or spending time on the water skiing, tubing, etc. Michelle enjoys therapy because she loves watching her patients improve and achieve their goals.
Mindy Bradford
Mindy was born and raised in Owensville. She graduated from Owensville High School and got her associates degree in legal administrative assistant from Hickey College. Mindy lives in Owensville with her husband, Brandon, daughter, Kimber and son Legend. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family at the river and enjoyed managing her food truck that specialized in BBQ. Mindy's favorite thing about working at Potential is interacting with the clients and educating patients about their insurance benefits.
